West Vancouver from Jericho Beach - Panoramic.

Squamish Eagles.

The eagles are starting to return to the Squamish area. The eagles start arriving in mid November (from different areas of the Pacific Northwest from what I understand) and stay until mid February, with the largest concentration in late December to January. The abundant runs of chum salmon in the Squamish, Cheakamus, and Mamquam rivers attract the eagles. These photos are from the Eagle Viewing Dyke between Squamish and Brackendale.

A white November.

Frightening (and not so frightening) Pumpkins - Excellent!

Autumn is here.

This is the Photoshop watercolour effect on a pumpkin field.

Kitsilano Pool.

This is my first attempt at photographing the same subject throughout the year.

A tug boat at Point No Point.

Near wreck beach looking out at the Georgia Strait.

Panoramics.

Some of these turned out pretty good for what they are.

LARGE FILES, BE PATIENT.

More Heron photos.

This photo was taken against almost direct low sunset light. It came out very washed.
